Thank u Becky for posting steps u are awesome. S8 love the fryer but would also love another one. . I do have one complaint though I really don't think after going thru all the time and ingredients u should make us serve or make dishes that u just made us master to level 3. It takes a long time to master to level 3 then to make us make it again in the next goal is too much. IMO of course.

Agreed. I don't like having to serve something I have ALREADY mastered to 3 stars.

Would love access to a second fryer, too!

Okay, I take it back... or rather since being at the part of the goal which asks for fried chicken & apple fritters, my fryer sits empty about 1/3 of the time, while I wait for batter or breading to mix. What I really want/need is more mixers! I have the 2 allowed, but it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to mix the four batter or breading required for the ONE hour fried chicken or apple fritters. 3 mixers would be better, but I'd actually need 4 to get ahead. Just saying.

Love having new recipes & goals, though! More counters would be nice.
