Can't buy things in quantity on ios9

After updating to iOS 9 the quantity menus are broken. I can't buy or sell anything, except one at a time. Is there's fix in the works for this? When can we expect it? Pretty weak that this was not tested and fixed before iOS 9 was rolled out.

Exactly the same for me - poor.
Works on iPad though
