    Average response waiting time

    About how long does it take for team lava to review claims and stuff? I sent them an email yesterday, I got an automatic response, but nothing since. Also, considering my claim was for an accidental purchase of 18,000,000 silver (bought with 1000 gold), and for my desperately needed refund, would it require a little longer to process and look at?

    It can take 3-5 business days before an agent can respond. There is limited support staff on over the weekends and US holidays.
