If this is similar to what they have done with other S8 games, you will have 1 day to complete a Chapter. If you complete the chapter early, you will need to wait until the designated time for the next Chapter to start unless you spend gems to start the next Chapter early. You can take more than one day to complete the Chapter but you cannot start the next Chapter until the previous one is complete.

Per the first post verbiage "Version 1.4 on iOS" I'm assuming this is an iOS update only. I am an android player and I suppose I will miss out on this update, how disappointing. I wish Storm8 would figure out a way to make ALL updates available for ALL players. I really enjoy playing Castle Story, but feel I am missing out on the game when these iOS only updates are released :'(
