Help! Fantom tip

Hi, I'm playing on iOS, bakery version is 1.7.6

I've got some tips above one of my ovens (near the Italian triple cookies in the photo).

They appeared around the time we got the last goal and I had rearranged my bakery. I had a table about there which always had a tip over it, if I collected it the game would pause (like it was saving) and later on the tip would appear again. I've rearranged my bakery today and the tip is showing above the oven, I can't collect it this time. I've tried force-closing the game, is there a way I can get rid of it?

Whoops! I've realised I spelt phantom wrong in the title!! How embarrassing and I can't change it ...
