No Builder's Hammer in Workshop

I've been playing this game for a long time now, I'm on level 46, & recently my mom started playing it & I was doing stuff for her on her game & I noticed she has Builder's Hammer in her workshop, but I don't, I've never seen that. Is that just for some temporary quest thing or is it a problem that I don't have it?

Hi holyteff555,

The Builder's Hammer is only available in the Workshop when the goal, "The Builder's Caravan", is active. Since you have completed the goal, you no longer see this available in the Workshop but your mom has it since she is currently on the goal that requires the Builder's Hammer. We hope this clear up any confusion.

Im trying to figure out if a builders hammer helps with anything..i dont see the goal it is used in but i have the option..
