Unable to connect to FB

I can't seem to connect to Facebook with this new game. I don't have this problem with any of my other Storm8 games. Any suggestions?

could you please describe / provide a screenshot of what you see when you try to connect to facebook? also, what language is your device in? that will help us to narrow down the issue.

If I click on the FB link in the settings or on a pop up window that comes when I start the game I get the same results.

I'm going to try and upload a couple screen shots.

thanks for the screenshots! i'm trying to reproduce this on my phone and no luck so far, i'll keep trying though!

sorry for more questions, just trying to figure it out...
- do you have the FB app installed?
- does it redirect you to the FB app / FB in the browser at all?

I'm using the hungry babies App on my iPad.
I tried removing and reinstalling but that didn't help.
No, it does not redirect me to FB like it does with other apps.
And yes I have the FB app.

thanks for your help! it might take some time for us to find and fix the issue, but i just wanted to make sure you knew we are actively looking at it.

In your device Settings, scroll down to Facebook, click on Facebook and you will see: "Allow these apps to use your account," do you have it turned on for Hungry Babies?

Please also make sure you are connected to your Facebook account in your Device Settings as well.
