I'm just taking my best shot at the name of the new quests, but they all seemed to be vaguely healthy? IDK, didn't read the text, too busy clicking OK!! This guide will include a few screen shots, but I'll try to get everything in text so that it's easy for folks who don't see the pictures.

Worth noting, as lorettasapron says, that these quests do not have a time limit. Do them at your own pace.

As usual, I'll update as new info becomes available.

Step 1
Have 1 Commercial Oven - currently this step appears to be bugged, it's not recognizing my ovens. I've tried taking them in and out of the inventory, rotating them... Definitely a bug.
Open the Seafood Shop
Collect 2 Cucumbers

Final reward: Coins!

Same here. Forced closed app and I have also stored and rotated commercial oven. I have 2 it's not recognizing either one. . Hopefully S8 will fix soon. Enjoy the update everyone

For step 1 of Filled of Dreams the reward is the Rustic Style chair.

These goals have got the look of those you'd expect to get as you work up through the levels. So those at level 49 will automatically get all three strands starting together, whereas others may have to wait until a certain level to activate them. For example the 'Flip Flop Shape' set probably goes live when you reach the level at which the Commercial Oven unlocks.
