Looks like a goal to me with what appear to be two new appliances.
I like the tables and chairs, and the colouring corner looks cute. Actually I think the cafeteria display is cute and fitting for the theme.
I seem to be in the minority but I find this goal/update to be creative and well done.
No sign of any new wallpaper or floor tiles though.
