    New update won't download properly

    I get a background but no buildings, etc. I have deleted and reinstalled three times, turned off and restarted the device, force closed. What now?

    Since this is a new download to your device, it may takes a while for all the graphics to download. Leave your game open for about 15 minutes .

    If you still are not seeing anything, try going under settings- safari- and delete data/cookies, then restart your device.
