That happened to me once. I emailed the teamlava support team and they gave me my gems back
Emailed them yesterday - no word back so far. Bologna
Be aware, they will only do a gem refund once, for all TL games, forever.
Update: I did receive my gems back. I'm still not completing the goal, but at least 1 part went correctly!
Out of curiosity, did they tell you it was a one-time only refund, that they would never do again, in any other game?
