Well I just lost a hit...only got 2 tries. I chose my first shot and it didn't register, but then my energy bar went down without any graphics against me. So I only needed up getting 2 actual shots at the opponent. That sucks!!
And then the new tournament pop up showed up and I got to battle early. So that essentially fixed my issue except I still lost. Oh well!

This is quite an interesting tournament for me, the first ten opponents were a mere suffering to get through, but since then it's been quite easy, I'm already at rnd 23as I can see, no one is struggling many times at an opponent, right?
Off topic: can the oldies be bred, or only available at the shop? (Unicornicopia, Conf Yeti, and the 3rd one?) thx

Again in round 25 I found that my epic Treent can sometimes really struggle on several rounds, despite getting strong attacks. Round 25 is the latest example: 4 attempts and not a single critical hit! Very underwhelming. I let my trusty top warrior, the Gold Lion, step in and whadoyaknow: it instantly scored a critical (and fatal) hit on the very first strike!
It looks like I'll ammend my fighter selector for dark-electric too and shall switch it to the Gold Lion.
hi Ogreve ... I experienced the same... do you by any chance remember which element of the gold lion you used to beat Pluma... Fire or electric ?

@merlin3108 I used my Magmacore, earth attack against the Pluma. I lost once with fire. My results are on page 3, post 28 if you would like to have a look.
Thank you Buttercup.... Unfortunately Magmacore has eluded me so far and not for lack of trying... I've been playing FFS since day 1... but I'll just try with another super rare that has earth in it ;-)
