Just changed the IOS language from English to English(uk) - opened the game 5 seconds later and Nefertiti was waiting!
Had not seen her for about 2 days, so this workaround with the language worked perfectly for me.

Changed mine to Uk English and she showed up but need it fixed so I can go back to standard English as this does affect other apps
