    Did not receive gems purchased

    Hello, I purchased gems two days ago and have not received thrm. I emailed storm8 two days ago and have heard nothing, does it usually take this long to correct?

    Send your ticket number via a PM to PikaSquirrel. Have you confirmed it went thru with Apple/google account? Reinstall your game. Sometimes that can trigger it.

    They had this 'issue' right on deadline for RS2 as well, didn't attempt to resolve it (reply to my ticket) for 5 days after the event ended, I cancelled the purchase through itunes and deleted the game, it means nothing to them but I'm sick of the bad service and greed.

    Same issue today with CS, shame to delete but...
