Problem with the 16 Lemon Blueberries not being counted

Hi,
How is everyone doing?
I am currently trying to do the goals
#4 Sour and Sweet
It seems to not be counting anything after 8.
Bakery Story seems to be working just fine with the goals,
and seems to have us serve 16
(not sure exactly what it is we are serving, I think some drink).

Hey there! We took a look at your account and it seemed like both of your Sour Oven are stored. Please take them out and try making another Lemon Blueberry. The progress should count to 9 after you have served the Lemon Blueberry. Please let us know!

Hi,
Thank you very much for help on the issue.
I normally store some, so it doesn't take
up the appliances we can have.

Not sure what is happening.
It looks like something has caused me to start back at Level 1 for
BS and RS. I hit Account Settings at the top and it seems to be trying to transfer
the progress.
I also purchased some Gems the other day, for RS and paid by credit card,
we have the receipt for that.
I was at Level 99 for both BS and RS.

I do have some pictures from both of them, which I think shows the level, gems, etc...

Adding something to the previous post.
I only see a couple of options, when trying to get back to my account,
it says, Account Settings and says to create a S8 ID to play on Multiple devices
or login through Game Center.
Am I clicking on the wrong thing?

Could you try force closing again? You should be able to see your account now.
