Android, never getting updates for newer versions of Bakery story or Restaurant story

I am lvl 99, I never get the updates for the new versions of both games. BAKERY AND RESTAURANT STORY.
NOR DO I GET THE GEMS. I STILL HAVENT DOWNLOADED THE NEW YOGA OR THE NEW VERSION OF RESTAURANT. I KNOW ITS BEEN OUT FOR OVER A MONTH. STILL WAITING TEAM LAVA TO SEE IF I WILL GET MY UPDATE AND IF I WILL GET MY FREE 6 GEMS FOR DOWNLOADING. MY GUESS, IM SOL. THEY DONT CARE THANKS FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS SPENT OVER $100.00 ON THIS GAME.
WILL MAKE IT KNOWN HOW WONDERFUL TL TREATS THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS.
