Confetti cake glitch

New task to master confetti cake, but there is no confetti cake recipe in ANY of my appliances. Can someone please check my game?

Did you finish the first set of goal and unlock the cupcake recipe?

I still have mine cake but I did finish the cupcake goals.

I deleted the app 3 times and reinstalled it. The confetti cake remains unavailable. Ⓣⓗⓐⓝⓚ｡:.ﾟヽ(｡◕‿◕｡)ﾉﾟ.:｡+ﾟ Ⓨⓞⓤ☆

You will need to have completed the Spring Fling Goal to be able to keep the Cake recipe.
