Make 3 floral headbands (in flower shop)

Reward=10 shovels

How do you get more tulips?

Plant 1 flower, harvest 2. Or buy them with gems.

Is anyone getting the little hand shovels? I've gotten about 20 of the other two but can't seem to get any hand shovels

I've found a few in the paper, but you also receive 10 spades as a reward for completing the first flower craft quest.
