Bugs: losing my purchases

I just opened Bakery Life on my iPhone, and have bought several decorations. The money is deducted, but the stuff never appears. I checked the inventory section (where you buy decorations, and it'll tell you how many you have) and my purchases do not appear. How can I get the stuff back?

Are you playing on weak wifi? It might be an out of sync type of thing where the game isn't registering your purchase. Once you buy something, try visiting a neighbor or someone from the community, or delete a message from your wall. Basically do something that gives you the processing window, which indicates your game is syncing to the server. If you still can't see it, I would try sending an email to support (support@teamlava.com) and they will take a look at your game and see what is going on.
