Current challenge level 8rpt 5 times already!

Hello at team lava. In Your current arena challenge I am at level 8 in my other game and have beaten the reindeer 3 times!! Your game is stuck on a loop. I have had level 8 repeat 5 times now regardless of whether I win or lose. I have 3 of the 5 rpts. The pop-up says I have won but when the hour is over its level 8 again!! Lost more than 12 hours now and so giving up. Please fix this for other players😞
