which update had the summer grass tile?

Hi does anyone know which update had the summer grass and stepping stone floor tiles? I have them when I play on my kindle but when I use my phone they are not there. Thanks

assuming your phone is android, did you ever download that update?

No but if I have the original plus the last two, shouldn't they be on there? On an android phon3 do you need to download every version to get the stuff? I wad only play in on my phone because I was going somewhere with no WiFi.
