My ingredients disapeared

I exited the app and before returning five minutes later I refreshed the app. I discovered I was missing 5 each of celery, onion and green pepper and the timer had restarted the countdown.

I did try reinstalling the app but it did not fix it.

Please help. Lmk if you need my game ID

The same things just happened to me! I'm sick to death of losing ingredients due to the **** game constantly refreshing! S8 know about this bug since loads of people are complaining about it yet they do absolutely nothing to fix it! I feel sorry for the people who lost ingredients whilst making orders for the cruise ship then had to wait hours for the stores cool down! This games going to the dogs, so many problems without the staff able to fix them!
