Im sorry so many have trouble getting into there games.
Are you doing the usually stuff first i.e.... turn off device and restart it. Clear cache. or uninstall and reinstall. Sometimes that helps.
If all else fails then contact Admin in forum or send them a private message with device info and they can help you.
Not accepting neighbors at this time.
Experiencing the same issue
Been 12 hours now and still only get the loading screen. Uninstalled/re-installed twice. turned off and restarted phone twice. Using WiFi, all other TL games work fine. I have an Iphone 5c with Ios 8.3. This all started when I started the new event yesterday and closed out of game. Before that it worked fine.
Was just now able to get on for the first time since about 4pm yesterday. I hope the problem doesn't come back cause I lost a lot of time for collections.Hopefully everyone will be able to get back on soon as well! TL it would be great if you could give us an extra day to finish the community event and tournament, as I just lost a good 17 hrs to this and I am not the only one.

Oh, my, I thought it was just me and my third world 3G. Dragon Story's been pretty picky with the internet connection lately, I can only load it late at night and early in the morning, otherwise I get the connection error. Hopefully reinstalling will work.
Bought a new phone but can't get no help transferring my accounts.
