Game keeps closing

I tried playing 5 cards in Holly Holiday and game closed. Went back tried to play 4 cards and game closed again. Both times my tickets were taken. Since tickets have to be purchased to play will I be reimbursed for the tickets that were taken if I didn't even get to play? This has happened numerous times and I let it slide but now it's getting ridiculous! Why does it keep closing during play?
