Cosmic Critters Pt. 1 - Plutopus

    Plutopus
    Breed/Incubation: 11 hours
    Evolving time: 13 hours

Plotupi migrated from they wayward moon home long ago, but still carry many characteristics from their old world. For example, Plotupi still have small traces of Pluto dust embedded in their fur, giving the animal its cool blue sheen.

I never could get the stupid love dove. This one looks just as frustrating. As much as I like space, I think this is close to being a "final straw" for me. Perhaps this will help me decide. If this one goes like that mess of a Valentine's Day quest did, I think I'm done.

Oh great, it's like the Valentine's animals all over again.

If they are as difficult to breed as those were, they're in for more super unhappy players.

Not to mention.... yay it's another stupid and pointless element! That they can put in tournaments and make have no weakness!

Can't see how this update is positive in any way....

I tend to agree. I think this one will also be the final straw for me. If it is something I an accomplish without total insanity, I shall continue. If this yields nothing but frustration and anger, this game is a goner.

Yep, looks like another breeding quest like the Valentine one.

I know this will annoy a LOT of players, but I personally didn't mind the Valentine quest (and no, I didn't manage to breed all of the Valentine animals either).

Just a thought; does anyone else think that the game will bring back some of these 'limited' animals again in the future? I don't mean through 'value packs' either, I mean like how Dragon Story sometimes brings back expired dragons over time.

I play DS too, but I find I don't even care if I get certain dragons because I know I've already missed SO MANY of them already, lol. I guess I feel like if I miss something in FFS I might get the chance at it again later.

EDIT: going to keep track of my attempts for this one:

Just bread Frostfang and Rock Rhino and got eleven hours, so it's probably just Glacial Griffin, unless this Plutopus shares the same eleven hours. I'm not speeding up to find out.
