I can't open my game:(

I can't open my game on my both devices( both iPhones)...
My internet is working just fine.. I reinstalled the game twice..
Forced closed it so many times but it doesn't open
Is it happening just with me or anybody else has this problem too?
Please help me 

I was able to open your account just fine right now. What do you see when you're trying to open your game? Connection error message? Screen loading for a long time? Or does your game crash?

You mentioned you reinstalled the game, have you tried closing out background apps?

I am getting connection error And yes, I have closed all the
background apps..

Can you try restarting your wifi connection and see if that helps? After you reset your connection, force close the game and please check again. Let us know if you're still receiving the error message.

I restarted the wifi and forced close the game as per your suggestion
but am still getting connection error I have done this before too because its
been 3 days
