Golden egg issue?

I downloaded CS Winter in Dec 2014.

I have 6 chickens and 1 level 5 Hatchery.

I have only received a drop of 3 golden eggs since December.

I collect from the chickens at least twice a day and from the hatchery whenever it is due.

Through the forums I can see that this lack of drop is unusual. Is there anything that I can do or do I need to send an email to support?

You should consider updating your game, but up to you. It won't make a difference to normal game play until a new game version is released...

Out of all the golden drops, eggs are a consistent drop. 3 sounds about right for the amount of collections you are averaging a day. A second hatchery would increase your chance of a drop. I wouldn't send support an email as they will direct you back to the forum for help. As to what you could do, just collect more often if you can.

Is there a new version available? I'm on Android and usually just update when I get a pop up.

Thank you for the suggestion of a second hatchery. I'm on level 34 so will look in to getting a second one and try and collect more often
