Arctic Isle Hatching glitch with new update

With the update to the 3-year anniversary version of DS, there is a glitch in Arctic Isle egg hatching.

Once you've warmed the egg enough to hatch, it does not change graphics from frozen to unfrozen egg. It still hatches, but the graphic does not show that it's hatchable.

Also, the lack of zooming out on the main island is horrible.

We've forwarded the Frozen egg issue over to the team for investigation.

In regards to not being able to zoom out on the main island, this is a known issue and being looked into. Thank you!
