Colours of fabrics underneath dishes

In my restaurant, the colours of fabrics underneath my serving dishes depend on the level of mastery of each dish.
3-star mastery: gold fabric
2-star mastery: white fabric with silvery edges
1-star mastery: white fabric with bronze edges
0-star: no fabric

I am not against this idea.

However, when I visit my neighbors' restaurants, I find that the colours of fabrics underneath their dishes are also dependent on MY level of mastery of the dishes, instead of THEIR's.
