Veggie Market needs Level 45?

Hi - I have an issue I haven't seen posted -- the Veggie Market is now closed, saying I need to be at level 45. However, it is "sparkling" like it does when things are ready to be collected (I had something on the timer before the "chaos" began).

I've tried restarting the device and reinstalling the game, twice. But it still won't let me into the Veggie Market. If you anticipate this being fixed with the work you are presently doing, then I am happy to wait. I'm just a little concerned that this may be something else. Thanks for your help.

I had this resolved by going directly to support - just in case this has happened to anyone else.

Hi, veggie market requires level 45, try force closing the app, wait 12 hours, then restart your device, then wait another 12 hours
