    Download Help

    I just got a tablet today that uses Android OS 4.4.2 and can not download CS. What version OS is required to play? Suggestions, help please. I was really looking forward to playing this on my tablet.

    Android 2.3 and up is required to run Castle Story, you can see more information on the requirements HERE. What kind of error are you receiving when attempting to download the game? Have you made sure there is enough storage on your device to download? Hope this helps!

    I have 8GB of storage left, so definitely not that. It just says "not compatible with your device". I have RS, BS, and FS downloaded no problem though. It is an Asus Memo Pad 7 if that offers any insight.

    Sorry to hear that, it looks like the device you're using is not compatible with Castle Story. You may need to use your previous devices in order to access the game.
