I am so tired of all this crashing. It's every single day! Doing anything is so hard, and making sure everything has registered is a job in itself. Iv done everything I can and the crashes still continue to happen. Is there anything else we can do before I stop playing?
Make sure iOS or android software is up to date.
delete unnecessary items from inventory (decor)
uninstall and reinstall game

Unfortunately it seems to be a game issue rather than software. My tablet can't run it smoothly and thats brand new with nothing else on it. 34gb memory, you'd think that would be enough!
You would think so. It's making me really sad. I'm rather addicted to this game. I play it daily and have spent a fortune. I dnt wanna stop playing and have all my work go down the drain but it's becoming such an effort to play!

My game is ,only' crashing while visiting neighbors and just rarely by normal playing. But my sister is going insane cause like you she has to check everything 2-3 times if it has registered - really annoying.
