St Patrick's Day Event 3-11-15- IOS only

Hey all, just a heads' up that there will be a St Patrick's Day event starting tomorrow, 11th March

Edit(KP): You will need to be on at least level 30 to get this Event. Also it's IOS only

You can continue upgrading your Pot of Gold after the event. If you can find anyone selling Dyes, you can get them from the Side Shop. Otherwise, you can always purchase the remaining Dyes with Gems. Good luck!

Hey there! You should all be able to store the Pot of Gold. Please let us know if you can't!

You have to buy the pot of gold (400g) which takes 10 minutes to build and the dye maker (5000g) which takes 30mins to build.
The dye maker is use to craft red dye which can then be used to upgrade the pot of gold.

A fully upgraded pot of gold will be a permanent source of gold ore (as from the mining):


Colour dyes required to upgrade the pot of gold:

6 red dye: 1 ruby, 8 apples each. Take 30 minutes each.
5 Orange dye: 10 oranges and 5 honey. Take 1 hour each.
4 yellow dye: 4 citrus juice, 1 gold. Take 2 hours each.
3 Green dye: 3 salads, 3 green juice. Take 3 hours each.
2 blue dye: 6 iron, 6 anchovies. Take 4 hours each.
1 purple dye: 6 linen flowers, 2 paint. Takes 5 hours to make.

Totals needed:
Red: 6 rubies, 48 apples
Orange: 50 oranges, 25 honey
Yellow: 16 citrus juice, 4 gold
Green: 9 salads, 9 green juice
Blue: 12 iron, 12 anchovies
Purple: 6 linen flowers, 2 paint

Prizes:
2 Leprechaun hats - after completion of the red dye quest
2 Light posts - after completion of the blue dye quest
1 Horseshoe -

And, of course, your pot!

After completion it takes 2 days for the pot to generate 1 gold ore:

Okay, pot of gold, after completed, gave me 5 experience stars and 1 gold. I spent the gems to speed it up, so everyone could know what it gives. 2 days between drops.

Also please note:

I ended up with an extra red dye and can't sell it. So don't make extra!

Team Lava has given a prize that gives forever.
(though hard to obtain for players that do not hoard.)
This pot of gold is going to give a gold ore every two days or fifteen per month forever.
At last a prize I do not have to feed and an item that saves me at least thirty pickaxes a month digging for gold in the mine. Tip my Irish hat to the storm team for coming up with such an innovative idea.

Dragon story event just started and it has a fourteen day timer.
Fantasy story event just started with a 21 day timer.
I think last years leprechaun event had a ten day timer but don't remember for sure.
Hard to say until tomorrow at 5:30 pm eastern time what Team Lava has in store for us.
I have last years leprechaun lookout displayed.
We could also purchase an animated Irish springs last year.

Easter Sunday is April 5 so will they start the easter event on Thursday April 2 or Thursday March 26

Tomorrow is March 11 ten day timer would end March 21 and 14 day timer would end March 25
