Dreadful! In the past, they were gracious to let the prior purchases count. It was BOUGHT, just BEFORE the event started. Disappointing.
i'm not your neighbor, but i hope for their sake you offer a little leeway! sometimes i don't actually start goals for a couple days--either waiting for the weekend cause short recipes are hard for me during the week, or i start in RS but not BS or vice versa if goals are simultaneous. i still gift the current goal parts (but if you have that many neighbors, you probably fill up on gifts quickly), i just don't start work on my own bakery. of course, not this time, as this set is too cute to wait.
so you got a response from S8 then? did you have to skip with gems? also, hasn't it always been that some things were "buy" and some things were "have" (and therefore could have already been bought)? i didn't realize there was ever a "buy" goal where prior purchases counted.

hey there (: i'm new one to these games... relatively new - 1,5 yrs only.
so, my "past" is also relative - during 1,5 yrs in every goals i've done monthly, it was meant:
- BUY ... something ... {button buy} = doesn't count if bought earlier
- HAVE ... something ... {button buy} = counts even if bought earlier
blessed "past" i've missed! anything i already have wd count! ))))

No, I haven't heard back yet on the wallpaper situation. I still have hope that they will be kind about it. Apparently there is a high volume of inquiries right now. It could be several days.
