All our brands in one place: introducing Storm8 Studios!

Today is an exciting day for TeamLava as we celebrate 1 billion total game downloads across our Storm8 network of games. We wouldn't be where we are today without you -- our awesome TeamLava and Storm8 community.

As we celebrate this milestone, we are very excited to introduce Storm8 Studios - an exciting new identity that will be the new home to some of your favorite TeamLava (and Shark Party and FireMocha) games.

Starting today, we will be transitioning games to the Storm8 Studios banner in the Apple App Store and Google Play. Moving forward, all new games will be published under Storm8 Studios, which will include all social casual, social casino, social arcade, mid-core and MMORPG games.

How does it affect the games that you play?

It does not! Though we are moving the games from TeamLava to Storm8 Studios, they will be the same great games that you love! The only difference you may notice would be in the app icon, plus overall themes and colors in our forums and on social media.

We're super excited with the new identity and brand. Now, you can find all your favorite games in one place in the app stores: Storm8 Studios.

Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions! We're always here.

Question Questions about the new forum layout

A few things are wonky, and I'm sure y'all will figure it out and fix those things. (E.g. the forum is now restricted to a certain width, so on my browser, there is 25% blank space, then 50% forum, then 25% blank space. That's fine, I can scroll more, but below this message box, the "Post Icons" is still 100% wide, starting at the 25% mark, and extending off the screen to my right.)

But the changes to the way tables are displayed concern me. I actually like that tables are now shown in grey boxes. But they are REALLY squished. Is there a way to add cellspacing / cellpadding to the tables so that they are actually readable again? Example: https://forums.storm8.com/showthread....3-3-15-Bulldog .

P.S. I like the new Storm8 logo. I liked the old one, too, though, lol.

Just copy/pasting this from the thread with the table I made that suddenly became unreadable with the forum update. Thankfully cocauina got "before" and "after" shots. It is quite obvious how detrimental this update is to readability:

1pyro pony

2fairy ferret

1pyro pony

2fairy ferret

<table cellspacing="2"><tr><td>1</td><td>pyro pony</td></tr>
    <tr><td>2</td><td>fairy ferret</td></tr>
    </table>

I am trying to make tables readable and clearly nothing is working. Please help!

Did you edited the table or the forum had another update? Now I can see the table more easily.

Congratulations to storm8! One thing I find difficult to use is the new categories in the forums, I don't like the whole social casual category and stuff. I think they should still be organized according to story games, puzzle games, etc

I did. I went in and changed every single cell to size=2 (normal sized). I also added a row between every row with an invisible "-" (by invisible, I really mean I made the text color the same as the background color in the dummy cell I added after every row). And I added more "invisible" characters after some of the longer text in the strong elements column.

Thanks again for taking those before and after shots - they really illustrate the problem. It is a problem that can be worked around (other than the really dark background) with a LOT of extra code... but we shouldn't have to make our table codes twice as long every time. They should fix it so it's readable without doing all that.

Also, ALL old tables throughout the ENTIRE forum now look like your after shot - totally and completely illegible. I really hope they fix it soon!

Please change the tables back, people put so much work into them and they're an invaluable source of information that should be easily accessible. Not all squished and unreadable. They made things so much easier for everyone!
I'm really hoping things just need a bit of a tweak on the new forum set up and all will be well again soon?!

True! I play Castle Story, Farm Story 2, Bakery Story, and Restaurant Story. I also play the Pool game. What are these listed as?

In the table, after your edits it's better now, of course, but the names of the animals and the strong elenemts are more smaller than the auggested animals that we could use..

True, TL forum is ruined, this new design reuined the tables, so many problems that they create..
