Toucan earns faster than Golden Retriever

3 times in the last 2 weeks my toucan has out gained my Golden Retriever. If you were to look at my island, you would see the Toucan is ready to collect with 2 gems, and my retriever is sitting at 1. They are both level 15. I always, 100%, collect from both at the same time.

I noticed this a while back but wanted to witness it again. The Toucan will periodically produce gems faster than the Golden Retriever.

I have noticed this as well. It doesn't seem right but I am afraid that a fix would result in my Toucan earning less
