This company needs a toll free number for assistance. The online customer service is not very good.

Support does sometimes get overloaded with numerous emails and they try their best to get the emails answered quickly.
If it has been over 5 business days , you can contact community manager or moderator by Private message- Include your support ticket number.

Also be sure and check your spam box and make sure your email from support did not end up there.
