Battle Round Crash Out.

I participated in the battle tournament and completed all 30 battles. I defeated the Warrior Dragon and it said to go to storage. I went to my storage and the game crashed out. I went back in and it didn't even show that I had battled. It might sound stupid but my daughter and I spent a lot of time on this game and she's really disappointed that this happened. Can this be fixed?
