    Frozen :(

    Can someone please help. I'm new to the game and my game is semi frozen. My server and chef are frozen so I can't collect from my construction guy because he's not being served food. I've forced closed and deleted and reinstalled the game. Please help.

    What specific device do you play on?

    Are you on the Valentine version? If so try switching to the regular game to see if you have the same issue.
