Tournament 2/10/15 - Rumblebee

Aaaand... I cannot beat a level 1 FrostFang. I expect my odds have spun into that horrid zone where I cannot win regardless of which opponent I use. In a tournament a while ago I was stuck, losing 36 rounds to a round 4 creature. This looks suspiciously like the same. I guess it is the "penalty box" for a chosen few - in hopes of getting us to spend money. The more it happens, the less inclined I am to do so.

I'm not giving this many hours. If I cannot win with a super rare level 15 then I choose not to play.

I think it's pretty random which rounds you lose that you really should win. It happens to me all the time. Sometimes I sail through the first 10 rounds and have trouble later on. Sometimes I need an extra few battles every other opponent. Hope your luck turns around soon.

Well, it's a bansheep (or sheep/ram) base painted like a bumblebee? Kinda cute/weird at the same time. Good luck everyone! First round went well for me (although the crit was on the third attack, I was sweating for a moment there) but that's not saying much this early. x)

I am glad that they have bumped up the reward for winning the tournament to 20 gems. However, based on the wording of the goal, I expect that you will need to hatch the egg (which takes 24 hours) before the tournament ends to get the reward. That means if you win the tournament with at least 5 hours remaining and you have an empty nest. You can use up to 19 gems to speed breed the Rumblebee and still come out ahead.

Just something to think about when you reach the end of the tournament.
