Can't upgrade carriage

I don't get the option to upgrade my carriage in the Valentine's Update, despite having the goal. I just have the timer for collecting. Please fix this pronto, as it is a timed update!

Agree with above. There's no option for me to upgrade either and just wasted 25 gems speeding up collection timer to see if collecting first time would allow upgrade but it didn't �� Please fix it. ��

You need the Magic Growth Potion, but you haven't reached that Goal yet to craft one. After completing "Mushrooms Like Alice", you will get to the Goal that will ask you to brew the Magic Growth Potion.
