RS 2 Update Valentine oven : 2-2-15- New Valentine Game

As I got new iPhone only like week ago, I could not do valentine goals, how I will get valentine cards now? Why they are no as gift?? I cant buy gems for so much money, why 8 gems one card only? I cant believe this ****? That are recipes we must pay for?? Where the hell got games from TL since 2010 when I started play on my old ID??? Can pls someone explain me?? Thanks a lot.

In most of the TeamLava games, if you don't unlock items during the goal timeframe, they remain locked and you can't unlock them even with gems. At least in these goals you have the option to unlock the recipes with gems, although it is quite expensive.

I got answer I can do it even now after I reach needed level from TL. For example in RS 1, last goal by ending automatically unlocked rest of recipes on new oven. As new players due expensive oven for first levels and yet building it had no needed coins and parts dye little of nbrs. That way I see it fair.

I have the valentine cooker. Is there any way I can get the Valentine envelopes (other than gems) to master the recipes?
