lost levels?

I opened the game to play just now. It has been a couple months since I played. I still have all of my coins, but I am nowhere near the level I was the last time I played. I think I was in the 400s as far as levels go. Now it is showing me as having gone no higher that level 30. What needs to be done to get me back to the correct/last level I played?

Something to try would also be uninstalling and reinstalling the game. That often helps in such situations.
