The Romantic table is cheaper than before but th Cupid table is the same price. I guess only some of the decor is 20% off.

Gem sales are randomly generated in both games. They didn't "do it in BS but not in RS"; you've just had a randomly generated sale in one game but not the other. I'm pretty sure you'll get one in RS before the valentines day content is gone, as I don't know that I've ever gone 2 weeks w/o a sale. However, posting here doesn't make getting a sale any more or less likely.
