How can I store the reindeer and its habitat?

Got the reindeer and habitat from the winter event. Now I'd like to store them but clicking on the habitat does not give an option to store or an option to store the reindeer. I'd like to make room for other pets...

I will check on this. We should be able to store like the other animals.

This has been fixed and you can now store the Reindeer and the Reindeer Post (as long as it's empty). Thanks!

If I use the 'storage container' and my reindeer is put away, then can I retrieve him whenever I want as I do with other stored items? (I haven't ever stored an animal)

I just tested it and yes after your store the reindeer and or reindeer post, you can always get them out of storage anytime.
