Purchased Gens, did not add to game
This morning I purchased gems and received confirmation of purchase. The gems did not add to my game. I tried to purchase again and received. A message indicating that I'd already purchased and they would be added to my game. Still waiting.
Anyone else with this issue?

I am sorry this has happened. Sometimes there may be a delay in receiving the gems.
Please send an email to support@teamlava.com along with your receipt showing proof of purchase.
