Where do you get wisp monster to get the wisps you need to get lanterns to expand sabrina

If you go to the market under nature then plants and buy the Grand Rooted Lilium for 800 coins and/or the Cloudberry Bush, wisp monster will appear, eventually like any other monster, it?s random & takes time. You can also get them from collecting from the Wisp, Firefly, & Grand Fire Fly. They were available to buy a few months ago, limited time only.

Woohoo! I?ve maxed on both regular and enchanted lanterns. I?m gonna miss those lantern drops that are all going to turn into 15 coins from now on. The permits, on the other hand, will take quite some time.

Dont forget you can prepay lanterns on those open expansions. I wish I could tell you where to go first, but right now for me I'm just going wherever. No method.
I would like others opinions on where they are going to first.
I'm assuming you haven't given all your lanterns to open plots.

She has opened all plots except 1 to allow permit & lantern crafting. So no pre-loading possible anymore.

Heh? Ok. I have to think on this. Lol.

I guess considering all the expansions that I myself have before me, it's hard for me to conceive somebody being that far along. But it's possible I suppose. I've been consistently giving
enchanted lanterns to any plot that requires them.

I got a pop up today saying there are new expansions. But I?m not seeing anything new since last release in Sept 2018. Anybody else see new expansions? Was this an old message?

Yes they are on the far left of screen. Looks like 3 squares but I didn't look at the requirements.

Is there a list of all the places that drop trade tickets and expansion permits? I can only find info on creating permits as a trade but I know they drop from certain animals.
