    1) it is crafted, see post above.
    2) it is only available if you have a plot to open that require this type of permit

    This is the most expensive expansion, we will hit the sky when reaching plot Q9

    Updated post 1, the last few expansion are very expensive. Just crafting the expansion permits full time will take 2 1/2 year without interruption.

    Ok really stupid question: the expention right to the hidden outpost - is this a regular one now? I read somewhere a while back that you shouldnt place stuff there...

    Yes it was fixed and is just a regular expansion now, so go ahead and open it up anytime!

    This many expansions all at once is overwhelming. I don't know where to start. So I'm just making trade tickets and lanterns and earning money.

    Don't worry, I just started to open I1. I hope I can finish I1 & J1 in a month or so. I am dry on expansion permits & trade tickets. This is a very very long run goal. Plot K1 needs a whooping 450 trade tickets, or 15 expansion permits!
