I found L2, K2, Z18, and Z19.

I still have quite a few plots to open, so I went back and checked all of them I could.

So It is a discount but not half off. For example, Z18 is 9 lanterns instead of 11 and 6 permits instead of 8.
When I opened Z19, Z20 was not on sale.

Do we know how long will the discount be in place? Is is permanent or only during the Royal Exchange discount?

You are correct. If you have fully expanded, you already have those plots.

I believe M4 is also on sale. You may check the neighboring cells also, they might be on sale also but I can't tell as I have them opened already.

When there is a discount event, the number of plot one sales is between 3 & 5. So the list above might be it. As I have very advanced or low level realms, I cannot check this out.

Hi all, these are the discounted plots this time around: K2, L3, M4, L2, M5, N5, Z18, Z19. I don't have details on the new requirements, but like above, it will be a couple less. They likely have the same RP though, so make sure your board has enough points before you expand otherwise the game will roll back (even if the green tick is on RP line)
