I dont see any object that may drop explorers permit... but this is the main reason for my post, because something DOES drop it. (Sorry I'm not the most watchful person on who drops what.)

Me too! Something dropped explorers permit for me once long ago and I posted on the forum "what could it be?" And no one knew.

I still believe there IS a mystery explorer permit dropper on the board. Maybe it's rainbow pots?.... It's like Bigfoot at this point. We need more sightings to convince others it's real!

The only thing that drops explorer's permit is the bag of treats from a Halloween event. And it's not a dropper but a chopable. One chop and it's gone. The bag of treats also has a chance to drop a vampire bat which has a 12 hour timer and drops lantern and permit (chance).

As for enchanted lantern, widow queens also drop them.

I hope S8 levels the playing field and puts all plots previously on sale, on sale again. This way everyone gets to take advantage no matter when they started playing. Fingers crossed!

Found new plots but they do not look like they are on sale yet. E -3 and F -3. They are behind the academy plots.

Edit: rereading the splash screen maybe they will not be on sale, just new land available.
